Apokatastasis - I will be perfectly honest. I thought of myself as a well read Christian and have a good understanding of most of the early church fathers writings. But I have NEVER heard of this until you quoted it. Wow, a hole in my knowledge you could drive a truck through.

Apokatastasis - I will be perfectly honest. I thought of myself as a well read Christian and have a good understanding of most of the early church fathers writings.

This is the reason that Origen is not considered a Church Father. He too believed in Apokatastasis - basically the belief that hell is not eternal.
