There are people who go to Catholic masses to get the communion host in hand and to use in Satanic rituals.
We had an Hispanic deacon at our church who was extremely sensitive to anything happening during Communion that seemed "off." Especially at holidays or special occasion masses where there were a lot of people who were unfamiliar with the customs (e.g., lapsed Catholics or non-Catholics). More than once I saw him walk beside someone who had just taken the host in hand and watch them eat it. I'm sure that he was ensuring the host wouldn't be taken out. I believe most people act out of ignorance, but there's no doubt a segment that have very ill intent.

Have you noticed that they don’t go to protestant churches looking for hosts? It is because the satinists know that only the Consecrated hosts are the Real Body and Blood of Christ.
The woman’s attitude towards the church and the sacrament were hateful and Satanic in itself, so makes you wonder why it was so important to her.
