As to there being one Church, it depends what you mean by Church. I’ll happily contend that on the deepest level of meaning, there still is only one true Church because there is only one true Christ and the Church is His Body.
Ephesians 1:22-23 And he [God] put all things under his feet and gave him [Jesus] as head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.
Ephesians 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior.
