It will not be ratified by this Congress, but Sloe Joe and The Hoe’s administration will declare it law of the land, despite the US Constitution and US laws prohibiting it FRom being implemented.
They will ignore the Constitution and Law and proceed.
POTUS 47, Donald J. Trump will, on January 20, 2025, among other immediate actions, declare it null and void!
