Has there been a thinner-skinned pope in modern times? Granted, that there’s a grain to truth to his “everybody hates me” shtick (and he’s hated for good reasons), but it diminishes the office for him to whine about it even in jest.
He’s not really whining; he’s boasting on the devil. Imho, he’s a very evil man.
