Christianity is about faith in Christ, not idolatrous worship of either Israel or Jews. Supporting Israel, against the devil who seeks to destroy this people and nation due to this overall lost people yet being "beloved for the father's sake" who will one day turn to the Lord Messiah, is not idolatry.
