If this happened at an abortion clinic there would be a J6 level investigation by the Feds.

They’re just rubbing it in at this point seeing how the pro-life movement has been thoroughly and completely defeated.

" . . . but the left-wing leadership, DA and law enforcement do not treat them as bias crimes.”
This is why I no longer trust hate crime statistics. Over and over, I notice a reluctance to classify attacks on Christian churches as hate crimes. Attacks on churches are always treated as hate crimes IF there appears to be a racial motive, but a different standard is applied regarding attacks related to abortion, LGBTQ issues, historical grievances, or to Christianity or Catholicism in general.
The rationale is that these attacks are said to be politically motivated rather than motivated by religious bias, but such hair-splitting would never be done with regard to attacks on mosques. In the wake of 9/11, there was a surge in attacks on mosques, but law enforcement never said that these were motivated by the horrors of 9/11, but by anti-Muslim bias.
If there were even 10 attacks on mosques, it would be treated as a national scandal and crisis, but *250 attacks on Christian churches are passed over with a yawn.
*I have seen figures much higher than 250 - 350, 400, 600, even 800.

They would never dare to vandalize a mosque that way for obvious reasons.
