How is your Thiamin ( B1) intake ?
Have been advised not to supplement until I am fully back on solid food, which right now I’m efforting to do. Once done I’ll be back on Bs, my C-1000, and other vitamins per my physician’s recommendation.
Really ready to get to that point, and I know I will. I’ve just been incredibly sick and I know it takes time. In the meantime I’m treating with homeopathy and it’s thus far working. And lots and lots of resting and as much sleep as I can get. And hydration like crazy.
