To be honest this is revisionism by those who want to choose the way of tradition over the way of scripture. Scripture nad HISTORY is clear. The Sabbath is the 7th day according to the bible. No amount of justification can do away with the fact that many early Christians CHOSE to disregard the sabbath of the bible in order to NOT look like they were Jews and thus avoid persecution by Rome. Sunday Christianity is built upon those who wanted to save their own skins and fit into the culture and society of the time. It’s the SAME way today. People and preachers violate the 4th commandment because they don’t want to be out of step with their friends and relatives. Preachers embrace lies because if they reject Sunday they lose their jobs.

Not true.

In the OT the priests had to minister before the altar with sacrifices and perform circumcisions on the 8 th day and were held blameless.

Even the Catholics know that there is not one single command in the bible or shred of evidence to keep Sunday, or any other day, other than the 7th-day Sabbath.

The bible says keep the 7th-day-Sabbath. Catholics say they changed the day to Sunday. Anyone keeping Sunday obeys the Catholic church and that is where their allegiance lays.
