1 Tim 3:1-15 is the apostle Paul giving the qualifications for Bishops & Deacons. Women are NOT considered.
I doubt Papa Frank cares much about 1 Timothy 3:1-15's qualifications for church leaders since it talks about them being married. LOL
Oops! There goes that Second Lateran Council of AD 1139's prohibition against clerical marriage. If Papa Frank has his way the new "truth" tradition for marriage in the RCC will be that clerical marriage will be allowed as long as it's gay "marriage". A few centuries from now the Catholics will forget what it was like now and they'll believe that gay "marriage" was a forever traditional "truth" that goes back to Peter, like they do about clerical celibacy (even though Peter was married and somehow the first pope?).
