Completely misstates or misunderstands Catholic beliefs while trying to sound academic, sounds like a watchtower tract Agreed. Those who opine about about Catholicism should at least be able to present what it actually teaches, not an uninformed caricature of it. If one wants to learn what the Church teaches, he should go to the source and not take the word of someone who has a demonstrated animus toward it.
