No, moralizing against Putin is not patriotic self-righteous hypocrisy unless one is upholding the US as a standard of righteousness, which was not what I was doing, but countering those who exalt Putin as a savior without balance. As said, both (the UK and Putin) are wrong in persecution of Christians.

We must be slow to anger.
When people get angry with each other or get angry about things (e.g.Guns, Child Abuse) the elected officials pass new laws and government gets more powerful and people get less free.
