I'm old enough to remember when public schools would not dare have school events on a Sunday. Most of them also blocked out an additional weekday night which were reserved for church activities, typically a Wednesday night or Thursday night.

Then libtardism became the de facto state religion.

Western Oklahoma is still like that. (I think the whole state is like that, but I'm not 100% sure.) I grew up in CT, and even 50 years ago it was not like that there.
