Comfort Your people Israel, Lord God, in the midst of the continued unrest and unresolved fighting. Thank You for defending her. May every hostage be safely returned to the families awaiting them. Lord, the times in which we live cause us great concern. We are seeing more and more that evil is called good and good, evil. We are realizing that placing our hope in man or in government is fruitless. Help us to hope in You alone, for only You can be called truly faithful. Thank You, Lord, that during this time when our institutions are under assault and our nation is unstable, You, Lord, are the same---yesterday, today, and forever. Yes, Lord, great is Your faithfulness. We thank You, Father, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Oh Come, Oh Come, Emmanuel. Blessed be the Name of the Lord. Amen.
