It would almost appear to me that certain posters seem to be making more of a stand against non catholics than they do about sin. ;>)
In other words, they tend to dismiss Romans 3:23
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
while neglecting to call out those who promote doctrines of devils:
1 Timothy 4:2-3

2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

1 Timothy 4:4-5 For everything created by God is good and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, for it is made holy by the word of God and prayer.
