God hasn’t replaced Israel, but He *has* set aside Israel until the return of the Lord Jesus Christ, at which point then “all Israel shall be saved.”
Ultimately, God’s people are all those - Jew or Gentile - who have believed on Christ in faith. The current Jewish rejection of Christ is not compatible with that. Once they believe on Him nationally at His return, they will be grafted back in and receive all the promises God has made to them.
That is true, although, Jews are returning to YESHUA every day, PTL! Israel is GOD the Father’s wife, and he put her aside for infidelity and rebellion, but he is now drawing her back to himself. The Covenant with Israel stands.
The Church is the Bride of Christ. So if the Church loves it’s coming Jewish Bridegroom, it should love his people as well.
But I know many people who believe it should be practiced on in the sense that us Christians should act like we're set apart as God's chosen people (even those of us who don't have Calvinist beliefs).
Can Jesus return before the Jews accept him?
"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those sent to her, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were unwilling! Look, your house is left to you desolate. For I tell you that you will not see Me again until you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.’" - Matthew 23:37-39
