Not to get too biblical on you but Israel is a separate nation. “Palestine” was a political creation made up of people Jordan and/or Syria did not want. Whether the Romans or the Brits did the deed, there is no such thing as a “Palestinian” people.
It is a imposed political construct.
At least America has a constitution that we (mostly)all agree to.
That was not imposed on us. We created it. Therefore I am American.
When you arbitrarily create countries of mixed peoples it generally doesn’t work out.
