So how do you share the Good News of Jesus as He commanded and defend the beliefs that you have been taught?
How do you learn about God if you don’t listen and understand God’s Truths?
The words of Jesus are God’s Truths, so one can believe in the words of Jesus or reject them! There is God’s truth not man’s opinion.
We can discuss and share the Gospel so that we can grow closer to Christ or ignore his command.
Do you believe the Jesus told us : “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.” John 6:53?
Matthew 23:9 And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven.

So how, or why, is disobeying them an option for Catholics? the convoluted rationalizations and excuses Catholics post here to explain away their disobedience would be laughable if it were not so sad and serious.
I never saw as much excuse making for disobeying Jesus as Catholics display on this one issue. Well, almost. Except for the excuse making for eating blood which is explicitly prohibited by God throughout Scripture.
