I saw a movie called “Dog” about a veteran from the Gulf War with a brain injury trying to get back to active duty, and a his commanding officer made a deal with him that if he took his buddy’s PTSD German Shepherd to an installation to be put down, he would consider it.
So the guy had to travel from Washington State down to Californa or New Mexico with this completely unhinged dog, and he decides to get a really nice room in a really nice hotel by pretending he is blind from a war injury and says the dog is his seeing eye dog.
Of course, the pretty girl at the registration desk falls for it, and she gives him, as a veteran, the penthouse room, free!
But, when he takes the dog out, as they walk through the lobby, the dog spots a muslim guy wearing a disdasha and the headgear, and goes ballistic and attacks him! (and the “blind” guy gets busted and arrested as he chases the dog down through the crowded lobby.
I really liked the movie...:)
