There are some people who see a TV camera come into a room and they can’t wait to get in front of it. Trump is definitely that guy. Little too eager to get credit for something and a little quick to pass blame. But, if you look past that, what he says on substance is usually right on. Most importantly, when he says “we”, he means the people. Vast majority of politicians say “we” and mean the government.
Perhaps other politicians regularly say “we” and mean the people, but the only two I can think of offhand are Donald Trump and Ronald Reagan. I’ll stick with the guy who thinks I’m part of we.
