My vote is for the guy that the servant is handing the drink to, in green. Looks sort of like Cranach’s portrait of Luther, with beard added.

You are right, I went to check in one of my art books. The man receiving the cup of wine is Luther and the servant is thought to be Cranach the Younger who completed the painting his father had started. Good catch.
