I can’t even imagine this is happening at a Catholic school. The monk who ran our school would be rolling over in his grave if he were still alive and heard this.
Who cares? It’s Canada.

“Catholic” schools in Canada are more-or-less government entities with some Catholic externals. Government support of both Catholic and Protestant religious schools was part of the original agreement when Canada became independent. (The Catholic Quebecois insisted on it. Big mistake!)
