I don’t know anything about this cancer, but I do know about my LORD, and He is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond anything we can ask, or even think! So, LORD, I ask you to stand by that Scripture on behalf of this FReepers brother, in the mighty Name of Jesus, amen!

A relative with Hepatitis had a 4 cm tumor on his liver (X-ray) that was to be removed a month and a half later. We sent him 450 mg of nicotinamide riboside daily for him to take until then to help heal his liver and maybe help the tumor, and the day before his surgery, they re-X-rayed him and the tumor had disappeared.
The surgery was then canceled and he told them what he'd done.
That study describes elimination of liver and pancreatic tumors. Bile duct cancer appears to be pretty similar to liver cancer.
Of course, it's best to talk any option over with a doctor.

Finally, if he has been fighting high blood sugar for awhile, and the mutation mentioned in the first link doesn't make his cancer prefer fats, consider keto, again, with a doctor's help.
