From the site, it looks like they are applying the sighted moon as the standard. And it’s a solid one.
The next sighted is due for us over here on the 26th, and Israel,the 27th..
And someday there may be a priest in charge of opening an inner gate facing East at a temple, and the priest will get to Ezekiel 46:1, and have to pause..
Because there’s not enough days in the Jewish/Gregorian/Torah/Islamic calendar to follow the instructions Ezekiel received..
Those calendars don’t separate the first day of every month, a New Moon Day, from His 6 work days and His 7th Day Sabbath.
When that’s done every month, a completely new way to tell time, or a very old way, is revealed..
And the pattern is one that has a New Testament witness, in Revelation.
Including a Throne where the First and Last sits, 24 elders, 4 beasts,and a Lamb in the middle..
We’ll all get there someday, just have to shake off what we’ve always known to learn something old/new..
And lock up that old serpent, that deceives the whole world..
