The church is plenty inclusive. As far as I know the alphabet people are already welcomed into church. Like any other sinner they will have their sins denounced and will have to go to confession before communion. Like any other open sinner they are denied positions of power and responsibility in the church, same as would happen to an adulterer.
Of course what the “respondents” really mean by “inclusive” is to openly sin and face no repercussions.
