He is a very poor pastor and person, spiritually. It is time for him to get right before the Lord, and begin preaching the Word of God. He is not the shepherd of his flock...more like a wolf.
I would go find another ‘sheperd’. They are suppose to lay down their LIFE for the sheep. Giving it all.
