That’s a clever turn of phrase, but what does it mean?

“On Earth there are no answers. In Heaven there are no questions.”
"That’s a clever turn of phrase, but what does it mean?"

The Apostle Paul wrote it like this in what a lot of us call the Love Chapter of the Bible:
1st Corinthian 13:12 -- For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known

We all want answers that God does not allow us to have and he expects us to have faith in him and find out in due course what the answers are.

God did not allow Joseph (in Genesis) to know why he was falsely accused by Potiphar’s wife , the woman who said he sexually assaulted her despite the fact Joseph refused her advances. He went to prison where fellow prisoners lied that they would be on his side later.
In the future (13 years later) Joseph was welcomed as a seer for uncovering the meanings of dreams, given power and a chance to forgive his evil family who had sold him into slavery and had him cast into a pit to die slowly.

Joseph’s pronouncement: This was meant for evil but God turned it into good.(paraphrase) Genesis 50:20
