Pornography is a cancer to the spirit as well as our society. God gave sex as a beautiful, sublime gift to a man and a woman in the confines of Holy matrimony. Porn can never convey that intimate connection nor does it aim to. It is a complete perversion of God’s plan.
How to eradicate from society? Oh how I wish I had that answer.
At the risk of sounding extreme, regarding the removal of women’s voting rights: why not just remove all rights, lock us down and force us to wear clothing so as not to entice you? Then pat yourself on the back and say that you live in a “Free Republic”.
Well, there are places in the world where that kind of male dominated and controlled “utopia” does exist.
I’ll bet the FR Men’s Women Haters Club thinks that Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc are idyllic paradises of male domination.
The goal of eradication of pornography is by no means to remove women from men’s sight, but to restore a sense of reverence to the sacred.
The goal of eradication of the female vote is not the elimination the female perspective or the downgrading or pushing aside priorities or aspirations of women from the public square but to re-elevate what has been lost over the decades, really over the past hundred years in terms of a hard-minded masculine approach to the preservation and advancement of society.
Surely eliminating pornography can have nothing but positive effects in the minds of men concerning the true nature and vast importance of the feminine perspective in the life of this country, and in their lives as individuals, even as the importance of their political conduct, and the value of their respective votes/ballots increase (coincident with the elimination of the female vote).
Pornography has proven to be a fertile breeding ground of pathetic effeminacy, numbing acedia, and contempt toward women (misogyny). We can’t rid it from our midst fast enough at this point.
