Thia is actually a very big deal.
Because her Bishop has publically censured Pelosi, canonically, she cannot recieve in California.
It can’t be recinded unless its the Pope or his offices who does it..
Key point is that this is binding in the diocese of her residence. It is in force elsewhere but the D.C Bishop might choose to ignore it, which would be hugely improper and a sign of schism in the USCCB.
It also opens a can of worms for All other Bishops.
