You forgot this one, about people who thought they were saved, thought they had all of the answers, maybe called other people cultists, and demonic, and the whole time were wrong, because they instead practiced LAWLESSNESS...

Matthew 7:
21Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ 23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’…

Paul describes the training that he had received from the Master in Arabia, applied to himself, and ministered both his coworkers (esp. Timothy and Titus), the existing churches, and generations yet to come, and guided by the Spirit to put into the prevalent common language, containing principles which you have not evidently spiritually discerned nor submitted to yourself.
"15Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 16But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.  17And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;  18Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. " (2 Timothy 2:15-18 AV).

"3For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.  4But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,  5Not by works of righteousnessin progressive sanctification which we have donesubsequent to regeneration only, but according to his mercy heGod The Father savedaorist, punctilear, done and finished in one's past usthe regenerated OSAS ones, by the washing of regeneration, and renewingof the believer's spiritual existence of the Holy Ghostgenitive case, no preopsition6Which heGod The Father shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;  7That being justifiedjudicially declared "Not guilty" by hisGod's permeating grace, we should be madeby adoption heirsof His spiritual Kingdom, both earthly and Heavenly according to the hope of eternal life.  8 This is a faithful sayingdoubling down certification, and these things I willprefer that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good workssubsequent to moment of regeneration. These things are good and profitable unto men.  9But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the lawlike EGW SDAs; for they are unprofitable and vain.
10A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;  11Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself" (Titus 3:3-11 AV).
I feel that the Spirit is speaking to me today, as Paul did in the Greek, motivated by the spiritual adultery that surrounded the appointed heralds of the True Jesus of the Cross and His True Gospel Path, to contend for The Faith eith the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Spoken Word put down in Writings for us today.

You are mixing the misinterpretations of EGW and her spiritual cuckolders to twist the Holy Scriptures to your spiritually adulterated framework, a dangerous distortion of which baby Christians need to be disabused by the instruction of Spirit-led elders of The Faith.

It doesn't seem odd to me that you might consider amending your username to read "Philetus'sWorld" which would then exactly fit your inability to rightly divide the truth, wrongfully assigning the thoughts and intents of the of the regenerated OSAS believers' hearts.

I've placed your cancerous replies on my SPAM list, and my recommendation is that so should others, rather than allow re-re-re-iteration of your EGW/SDA doctrines which adopts your type of pre-Cross legalism that was summarily dismissed by the elders of the prototype Jerusalem Spirit-born assembly, and through your malignant SDAmned theology determinedly deliberately discredits truly saved, justified, sanctified believers with antinomianism that is contrary to the Will of God, testing the extent of the trust of milk-fed newly reborn babes in Christ the Only Savior.

Do we notice how thecultist denies the Power of the Holy Spirit, giving pagan Rome greater power? The spirit of antiChrist is strong with that one.

No, just telling you what the ECF’s and Protestant Reformers said, which you deny, won’t face, cover up. Andy Woods and Ken Johnson are masters at that craft. Just refuse to acknowledge it ever happened, and it never happened. Presto.

The thought had crossed my mind about changing your name, and using it (I thought up a good one). But that wouldn’t be very respectful, now would it? Probably some FR rule about that somewhere anyway. Do what you think you need to do as a good Christian. No one’s stopping you.

Did all those ECFs you keep bringing up happen to make any mention of those sinless people on other planets? Did they get that wrong?

No, most ECFs were believers in Scripture.

SDA victims believe extra biblical delusions of the false prophetess. And only believe her interpretation of scripture. It only means what Ellen says.

But I checked. Scripture never says Enoch visited unfallen people on Jupiter or any other planet.

Nor does it say Christ was an angel…

Gal 5:18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

You chose a poor starting point on your quote of Scripture from Galations. You deliberately chose, that is.

Well, seems pretty odd to me that they would fail to mention it. They were the ECFs after all. Hmmm ... Would it be sound reckoning to take part of what the ECFs believed and then dismiss the parts I didn’t like?

I watched an SDA preacher the other day, AMPU. You know how his sermon started? By first stating to his congregation no less than four or five times that Michael was really Jesus. I thought he was going to convince me before he convinced himself. 😁

Violating the Sabbath again, Phil?

And doing so trying to defend your indefensible ignorance of Scripture too. For shame.

You’d do better just taking the L and spending the day reading the Bible cover to cover instead of trying to cover up your embarrassment with bluster.

The length of the lunar month can be determined from Genesis-

No. The length of a lunar month was and still is twenty-nine and a half days. The lunar month is not mentioned in Genesis and the Hebrew calendar that Daniel used was not in use in Noah’s days.

The Solar year was also the same as it is today, 365 42 days. If you use a 360 day year to make you calculations it will take just 35 years to change summer into winter. Do you know how far off you would be in 1260 years? 1260 days does not equal and a half years. They just added days, weeks, or months to adjust to the seasons.

That’s something, ain’t it? Given Phil’s position, the question is, who took the Romans out of the way? (The language doesn’t even make sense to believe it was the Romans.)

Of course Christ was not Michael.

Just more SDA cultic teaching from the prophetess.

But if she said something, they have to believe it.

Philsworld, Post #366: The thought had crossed my mind about changing your name, and using it (I thought up a good one). But that wouldn’t be very respectful, now would it?

YOU can call me what you want. It doesn't matter. For you to persecute will bring a reward, the nastier the better, as I keep praying for the Mighty God to bore-sight on your soul.

My username is what my Heavenly Father calls me, after the model given in His Holy Scripture.

The style is like the unduplicated vanity license plate of a registered automobile, but paid for ever lasting, by the incorruptible Blood of the Unblemished Lamb of God:

IMARDMD1

The lexical value is taken from my life verse of Psalm 107:2 (AV) thus:

"Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom (H)e hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy."
That "vanity plate" name is to be read as "I'M A R(e)D(ee)M(e)D 1 ; sounded as:

"I'm a redeemed one." The meaning in its original language is as follows:

Strong's Concordance Number H1350

גָּאַל
ga'al
gaw-al'

Strong's Definition
A primitive root, to redeem (according to the Oriental law of kinship), that is, to be the next of kin (and as such to buy back a relative’s property, marry his widow, etc.): -    X in any wise, X at all, avenger, deliver, (do, perform the part of near, next) kinsfolk (-man), purchase, ransom, redeem (-er), revenger.

Total KJV occurrences: 104

=======

Let me make another proposal for your mastication. Please read the passage from Luke 7:36-50 (AV; bolded for emphasis, superscripted for meaning):

36And one of the Pharisees desired him that he would eat with him. And he went into the Pharisee's house, and sat down to meat.  37And, behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at meat in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster box of ointment,  38And stood at his feet behind him weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment.  39Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw it, he spake within himself, saying,
This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman this is that toucheth him: for she is a sinner.
40And Jesus answering said unto him,
Simon, I have somewhat to say unto thee.
And he saith,
Master, say on.
(Jesus, saying on, said:)
41There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty.  42And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
43Simon answered and said,
I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most.
And he said unto him,
Thou hast rightly judged.
44And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon,
Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.  45Thou gavest me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet.  46My head with oil thou didst not anoint: but this woman hath anointed my feet with ointment.  47Wherefore I say unto thee,
Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.
48And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.  49And they that sat at meat with him began to say within themselves, Who is this that forgiveth sins also?  xAnd he said to the woman,
Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace.
--------

Now consider: This Simon as a Jew most likely had been through the Day of Atonement, when ALL the sins of ALL those possessing Hebrew/Jacobean credentials were covered by animal blood sacrifice and hidden from Jehovah's view, each like Simon (a Pharisee, not a publican) having a clean slate immediately after; would then start to accumulate various "minor" errors to be accounted for at the next yearly Yom Kippur, then to be atoned for (not propitiated as in Lk. 18 for the publican).

But in comes the (prostitute?) woman whom Simon, as compared to himself, was a GREAT inexcusable "sinner" by trade, not a Bible scholar like himself. And he wondered, was amazed.

The Omniscient Incarnate God read Simon's thoughts, and proposed the same question I'm giving you. Which debtor, though owing not yet "sinning" by refusal to pay the creditor, was before that refusal occurred marked off the debt as a gracious gift desired, but the creditor not even taking a down-payment on it.

The verb in the Greek in this anecdote was χαρίζομαι (charizomai, pronounced khar-id'-zom-ahee) and defined a verb, middle voice from G5485; to grant as a favor, that is, gratuitously, in kindness, pardon or rescue: - deliver, (frankly) forgive, (freely) give, grant.

Simon correctly estimated that the one granted the greater favor of having his debt cancelled as a gracious favor was the one of the two who preferred the person of the creditor over his own needs or that of other demands, going forward, where no invoice was yet insisted on.

Where at the end tis parable was fleshed out with Simon thinking of himself being the (unrepentant) lesser of the debtor, and the professionally sinful female beaaring precious gifts, demonstrate her knowledge of herself as mightily depraved more than the Pharisee, and sorrowing in a godly way unto the kind of repentance (metanoia, change of mind that results in change of direction) that is a preliminary to salvation into eternal life (2 Cor. 7:10).

At the end of the narrative, Jesus forgave (a different verb; ̓ἀφίημι(aphiēmi; pronounced af-ee'-ay-mee; From G575 ἀ and ἵημι hiēmi (to send; an intensive form of εἶμι eimi (to go); to send forth, in various applications: - cry, forgive, forsake, lay aside, leave, let (alone, be, go, have), omit, put (send) away, remit, suffer, yield up) HER sins.

That forgiveness comes (in this context) from propitiating, of satisfying ALL the righteous demands of the creditor, defraying all future charges, abandoning all claims that reside from past incidents, and allowing the mow unindebted pardoned individual to depart freely, son that all mutual claims are not only abandoned, but also forgotten.

The forgiveness issued by the God Incarnate to this sin-burdened second-rate-gender female did, in the Greek perfect tense, result in the once-for-all-time cleansing of all sin, restoration to full righteousness, and "walking in the light" with the Savior. This is the same verb used in the same context, as John's address to his recruited and inducted disciples who were going through the process of progressive salvation (1 John 1:9; cf Acts 2:38), not completely fulfilled until the old rotting body of the "old man" with its old nature was shed, eliminated completely, at the end of "time" for it, unto eternity.

The other consequence was that Simon, also counted fully depraved by Jehovah, was not at that moment bestowed the same forgiveness.

Now that I've explained this, your SDA doctrine demands that you belong in Simon's class of once (no longer) temporarily but not permanently atoned-for humans, with a dismal future.

But, my Judaizing acquaintance, I put myself unreservedly in the place of the utterly depraved, sorrowfully repentant lover of The Messiah, my Owner, Teacher, and King, relying on His Will and Trustworthiness to Save and Reconcile, Who has gotten me seen in His Righteous Robes before His Father, beyond Time and Yearning.

You have said that others like me are funny. Believe me, there will be no laughter in Heaven when you are judged sometime in the future for your works unto the question of being re-saved, of your name written in the Book of life of the Lamb, as you say you may. There will be a grim future for you if not, with copious tears in those eons, never ceasing.

I also see that Ravi Zacharias belongs in Simon's class, not mine, no matter how sincere he claimed to be "saved." He was not, holiness taken into account, in Beloved John's terms enunciated to his students. But God is the final judge, not you nor I.

It's way past your time to change your mind, descendant of the First Adam. Metanoeoh, with guilty sorrowful appeal to the Most Righteous God, King, and Judge. Turn not again to EGW and her coconspirators' witches brew of sinking sands doctrine. That it is, for they must still be wallowing in it as it boils. It's a bit warm for you too, isn't it?

Repent tails, believe heads; same coin, inseparable. performance in rising holiness is the outcome.
