Yes, but the apostles didn’t advocate actually becoming a eunuch; in fact that was pretty strenuously denounced as it was defiling one’s body, like any other kind of mutilation. They advocated (for some) to “live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven”, or to take up that lifestyle without actually getting the surgery.
The one who can accept this should accept it.

***I can’t find a reference to that. Do you have a bible verse? The claim is “pretty strenuously denounced”, so it should be easy to find... but it isn’t.
