Wrong.

As circumcision was the sign of old covenant, baptism is a sign of the new covenant and imparts saving grace. While households were baptized. WHOLE. That’s everyone.

And that is what has been taught and practiced long before the sons of Luther thought otherwise. For proof look at the Orthodox who not only baptize but confirm at the same time.

1 Peter 3:21: “Baptism . . . now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a clear conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.”

The sacraments are for saving grace. Embrace them.

See Catholic Answers Infant Baptism for more details than I can post here.

All churches have their demons among the teachers and elders, problem is, the unholy catholic church is more prone to their teachers and elders being gay pedophiles than any other christian organization.

You are clearly putting man above G-d. In your view, to achieve salvation one needs man first, after man has given his blessing G-d will then confer his grace. Literally Jesus admonished the Pharisees for that type or reasoning.

Mark

7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.
