The name KGB did not exist during Stalin's time. The people who used that name are responsible for millions of deaths. Are you just confused about when the KGB existed? It was clear in my post. You just have difficulty understanding English. Plus the KGB after Stalin died was far milder than what they did under Stalin.
As for the FSB, they are not even on the same planet as NKVD/KGB under Stalin.

It did. It was called NKGB or Peoples Commissariat for State Security. It operated starting from just before WW2 when Stalin was very much in power.
