He is not going to vouch for your conscience whatever your decision regarding taking the vaccine. He is saying YOUR conscience has to guide you. That is probably the best he can do for people who reject the vaccine given the Pope’s statement

It's not about vouching for anyone's conscience; it's about vouching for one's adherence to the Catholic faith and it's teachings, including the sin of cooperation with evil, whether direct or remote.

Jeffery Dahmer's conscience was not the same as that of Saint Damien of Molokai. No one can vouch for another's conscience. But a Catholic bishop should have the guts to vouch for one his own sheep in his adherence to faith and morals as taught by the Catholic Church.

These worthless bishops, who refuse to issue religious exemptions to faithful Catholics, are rejecting the very religion they profess.

They'll gladly give you a dispensation from the Sunday obligation, but they'll refuse to give you a religious exemption from the deathvax. They are slaves to the Scamdemic, not servants of God.
