As a bit of trivia, "Shape of Things to Come" is a song written by Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil from the film Wild in the Streets, performed by the fictional band Max Frost and the Troopers on their 1968 album Shape of Things to Come. I’m sure the writer stole the line from Wells

On the more serious side, Wells was a deep dude, very prophetic, but a prophet of the Devil. I became fascinated by his almost mystical insights and demonic ideas and agendas and read much of his writings. He had a plan to overthrow the free world called the Open Conspiracy which was essentially a culture war to replace morals, traditions, history..etc… everything that has and is coming to pass now.
