My FRiend, people have been saying these things for years. If I felt like it (I don’t) I could look up very similar articles during the Zero years.

Define "at hand", and show examples, and we can go from there.
I agree that many have expressed belief that "the end is at hand", but (to our understanding), "the end" has not yet occurred. That does not necessarily mean that they were wrong, only that the perceived time scale may be inaccurate or incorrectly understood or expressed.
My personal opinion is that "we" are in a spiritual war, and that much of what we observe these days are the physical manifestations thereof. The Enemy is moving, and is achieving successes.
I do not pretend to know what the timelines are of all of this , but I do wish to point out two prophesied events that have not yet happened, namely Isaiah 17 ("The burden of Damascus"), and the War of Gog and Magog (Ezekiel 38 and 39). There are other prophesies that may signal that we are at the verge of the end times. Are we on the verge? I do not know. However, we are cautioned to be ready, as scripture warns that "the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect."
We are as close to these events becoming reality as we have ever been. Do you deny that?
If the end-timers knew it would spoil the big surprise they've set up for themselves.
When the big reveal occurs, all the frauds will be exposed from sea to shining sea.
Diversity of people unity of purpose.

The book of Acts says nothing about races as you incorrectly indicate.
Furthermore, europeans were admixture with East Asians right from the Magyar invasions of the 8th century and arguably earlier with the Avar and Hunnic invasions of the 3rd century.
And they have had sub saharan mixtsince 700 bc and Greek trade with Ethiopians.

As you posted yourself, the 10 horns are 10 nations. The little horn is a nation also, plucking up 3 other nations by their roots.
My outlook is that America is the little horn. When we started as a nation, we were small, a sprout, a twig. We displaced Britain, Spain, and France on this continent.
The bible says that the little horn comes out of ROME.

The little horn comes out of the 4th beast of Daniel 7, which is Rome.
Thunderchief was QUOTING from Daniel Chapter 7, which has no reference to Rome but DOES have reference to 10 nations represented by 10 horns.

These were the Anglo Saxons (England), Alemanni (Germany), Heruli (x493AD), Vandals (x534AD), Ostrogoths (x538AD), Visigoths (Spain), Suevi (Portugal), Lombard’s (Italy), Burgundians (Swiss) and the Franks (France).

Nebuchadnezzar.
If you didn’t know Rome was the 4th beast of Daniel 7, you would be late to the party.
What world power came after Greece? Rome.
I could pick any bible commentary on Daniel 7. It’s Rome. Here’s John Gill:
