Baptism Site
I believe this one was built by Calvary Chapel. A lot of folks like to get Baptised there. It's a nice little spot.

Seems like it, or another version, ought to hang at the Jordan River, where it occurred. Is there some sort of shrine, church or memorial there, commemorating John’s ministry and/or Jesus’ baptism?

Excavations only began here in 1996, following Jordan’s peace treaty with Israel in 1994, but have already uncovered more than 20 churches, caves and baptismal pools dating from the Roman and Byzantine periods.”
