Sounds similar to RLS. (Restless Leg Syndrome). Gabapentin-helped, must be taken at regular intervals.
I don’t think RLS feels like being electrocuted. This was violent explosive reactions that was extremely painful. My legs would jump off the floor, with the feeling of holding on to a live electrical wire...
Gabapentin sorta worked... but it had side effects.
