At 75 I have developed a twitch in my left hand that
comes and goes. It’s is disturbing even if only my
fingers.

Happened to me, too, about 3+ years ago. I took a high quality CBD supplement (don’t recall dosage...I had to start slow and upped it along the way). Twitching vanished after 2-3 months and has not returned except transiently and briefly, since.
