That wouldn’t be a problem even if you were. I always like a good debate - and that involves people trying to convince each other..

I’ll take that as a challenge. In algebra there is a thing called “Proof by Induction.” You make an assumption and see if it leads to a right conclusion. Lets assume that God wrote the Bible and see where it leads. Our expectations of what we will find certainly changes. Based on our understanding of the character of God, do we think that can find evidence that God is the author?
Prov 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.
Some of what we know of the character of God, we find in scripture. I assume from one of your posts that this in not what you would expect God to do. The fact is, we should be looking for things that God has hidden not just from us but he has also hidden things from Satan.
1 Cor 2:7-8 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
Romans 5 says that Adam is a figure of Christ. It turns out its not just Adam, but Able, Noah, Isaac, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Boaz, Mordecai and others are also types of Christ. And not just people but things are figures of Christ like the ark, the rainbow, the high priest, the city of refuge to name a few. Every sacrifice gives a different perspective of Christ. I can defend this list if you want. It is evidence that the author of the Old Testament knew about Christ. Knowledge of the future is a big deal and it is on display in every Book of the Bible. Joseph, a figure of Christ, was rejected by his brothers, sold into slavery, falsely accused and put in prison, and by telling the future was elevated to second in command. Note that Christ has not yet revealed himself to his brothers (blindness in part happened to Israel) nor taken a gentile bride.

I want to talk about just one of the symbols, the rainbow. Scripture says that God is light. We cannot see the high frequencies or the low frequencies but we believe they are there because we accept the evidence. They are the Father and the Spirit. In the middle of the spectrum is the rainbow, which is Christ, the part of “God” that we can see and the part of “Light” that we can see with our eyes. Compare Christ and the rainbow with the following two verses.
Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
Gen 9:16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.
Interesting, the author is using properties of light not known in those days, to illustrate the trinity.
1 Cor 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
This is where we may have a problem. So I’ll end with a question. How do you explain “color” to a blind man?

“How do you explain “color” to a blind man?”

How do you explain “opinion” to the closed-minded?
