Interestingly enough, I got the references to “The Two Witnesses of Revelation” instantly the first time I read the Passage.
It was during my image search that I also theorized the secondary fulfillment as the two Final Witnesses to the One True God (”Real” Christians and Believing Jews) would be the only ones supporting Israel in the Last Days. Indeed, the Seven-Branch Menorah IS the official symbol of the modern Jewish State of Israel.
Remember...it’s only a theory, and a personal one.
