Philippians 4:4-7 - Peace with the Lord
The Holy Bible - NKJV Biblegateway.com ^ | January 25, 2021 | Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Want to find peace while living in this corrupted, chaotic world?
In God's Word, we find a perfect path to peace...
- Rejoice in the Lord always! [No matter the circumstances.]
- Again, rejoice! [Just in case you didn't understand it the first time.]
- Let your gentleness be known to all men! [See: Fruit of the Spirit]
- The Lord is at hand! [We have been brought near by the blood of Christ.]
- Be anxious for nothing! Cast your anxiety on Him because he cares for you.
- Through prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. [What a privilege to bring our requests to the living God, to seek his will, to be in alignment with His purposes.]

When you step onto that path and follow the Word you will partake in God's grace and peace: The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

"...In this world you will have tribulation, but BE OF GOOD CHEER, I have overcome the world". John 16:33

Good Word !

When I find myself disappointed or discouraged - I can become bitter toward everyone (world, devil, Christ). I ultimately come to realize that there is no deliverence or salvation through myself or others.

Then Jesus turned to the Twelve and asked, "Are you also going to leave?" Simon Peter replied, "Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words that give eternal life. We believe, and we know you are the Holy One of God." — John 6:67-69 NLT

Exactly! "Lord, to whom would we go?" Amen!

The Lord your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.”
Zephaniah 3:17
