What is the moral reason to oppose a vaccine? Is there (was there) also moral reasons to oppose smallpox and polio vaccines? What’s the difference?

The long answer is not if you have a history of family members with an autoimmune diseases like MS, RA, Lupus, Sjogrens, etc.

Not if you have a history of extensive antibiotic use.

Not if you have chronic gastrointestinal issues.

Not if you’ve been exposed to environmental toxins.
