“Judge not” is a truncated portion of scripture that usually unbelievers use when their consciences are bothered.
I have no opinion in Van Halen except to say I am sorry he suffered so. Sounds brutal. And the death of anyone is a time for the living to remember we will all go someday and had best be right with God. If that is the point I’d the post why crank at it?

The article doesn’t address the issue of his faith. But what a tragic error. It is all the more appropriate to warn others.
Absent any evidence of a regenerated life, Jesus stood ready to forgive and to grant new life. That is the tragedy.

First, it’s not polite to assume I rejoiced over the death of RBG.
While, yes, she’s not in the position of actually causing more harm via her court rulings, I truly grieved because she died as a Non-believer.
She was given years/decades of life and in those years had so many opportunities to come to know the Truth. While I do not know what went in her heart/mind/soul at the end, if it was as she lived, she died lost.
As for speaking out the way you did about using the words of Jesus....
Remember, even the demons and satan used the words of Jesus.
You did not read *every* comment written on this site concerning RBG. If you had, you would have read comments grieving over her death as a lost person.
