Don’t just protest the restrictions; ignore them! If the Church starts celebrating the Mass what is the mayor going to do? Is she going to send in the police and arrest every priest? A lone church would be hard pressed to defy the government. If the entire Catholic Church—hopefully joined by their Protestant neighbors—were to openly defy the government it would be the government that would be hard pressed to enforce its dictates.
