Thanks so much, Larry. A first-rate educator with a first-hand experience. I toured Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan with the son of an engineer/automotive work friend. He was thinking of going there (don’t remember if he did) I was extremely impressed. No government funding. I still get and read Imprimis. I drove back out there by myself a year or so later and listened to a guest speaker in a packed auditorium. His topic was “Taxation”. I forgot his name.
When I was subbing in the local school system in the ‘90s 3-5 of the educators had graduated from Hillsdale. They were very impressive educators.

BUMP!

However, it’s harder for Protestants to recover from this. We Catholics are already pretty cynical.

Naaah, we're pretty cynical too.

I'd actually heard stuff about Jerry, Jr. before this.

Hillsdale is a great liberal arts college.

Its weakness is that it doesn’t have a business school or engineering school.

Thank you. I did not know that. Those are very, very important subjects. My lifelong learning is invaluable.

You’ve heard of this...(how clever of THEM)...

https://www.cnn.com/shows/reliable-sources

Not reliable, deceitful PROGRAMMING.

Free Republic has many RELIABLE SOURCES who you can count on and question back and forth without commercial interruption...or someone else talking over you for as long as you both want.

One example...

Lifelong learning in a Free Republic. How GREAT is that?

Thanks JimRob.
