Coming into this conversation later than others I'll just say that the fact you stated “we are now Israel” is telling in why you error greatly on other verses you're using to justify your position.
I cannot take time now to address this but it's always telling when an individual believes Christians have replaced Israel as it's basically ‘Replacement Theology’....known, understood, and ‘rejected’ by most Christians and Theologians I've known and studied with on both sides of the issue, as well along with the teaching of the Holy Spirit who guides us into His truth as the author surely would and does do.

No, not REPLACED, but grafted in as Paul says. We all now grow together and are part of the promise given to Abraham’s seed. There is neither Jew nor Greek but only one in Christ Jesus. (certainly not a replacement theology).
