Be convinced with these 4 biblical truths: 1. Each of us has sinned; 2. God is just, requiring a punishment for sin; 3. But out of love God sent His Son, Jesus Christ who by dying on the cross, provided forgiveness of sins in taking mans deserved punishment; 4. Therefore, by faith alone in Christs sacrifice for our sins and belief in His resurrection, man can gain eternal life. (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 10:9-10, Romans 3:21-26) Read more at https://teleiosresearch.com/salvation-explanation/.
Actually it is not faith in the facts of Christ's sacrificial death and resurrection resurrection abstract from who Christ is that i salvific, but faith in the risen Lord Jesus Christ who saves contrite repentant sinners by His sinless shed blood. It is such regenerating heart-purifying effectual Abraham faith that is counted for righteousness, and effects obedience. (Acts 10:43, 47; 15:7-9; Titus 3:5; Rm. 4:5)

That is absolutely absurd. The first Christians were definitely not Catholic since distinctive Catholic teachings are not manifest in the only wholly inspired substantive authoritative record of what the NT church believed (which is Scripture, in particular Acts through Revelation, which best shows how the NT church understood the gospels).
Where do you think your denomination even got the Bible or the faith?
Where? The first body of wholly God-inspired writings came from the Jews (thus the Lord "expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself:" Luke 24:27), and the rest came from the NT church, and thus the faith, contrary to distinctive Catholic teachings and its larger OT canon which were a later development.
However, if your argument is that since God used Catholicism to ratify judgments on the canon and preserve books then all her other judgments should be followed, then this means that 1st century sould should have submitted to the judgment of those who sat in the seat of Moses (Mt. 23:2) as to who Christ was, since they were the historical instruments and stewards of Scripture, "because that unto them were committed the oracles of God," (Rm. 3:2) to whom pertaineth" the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises" (Rm. 9:4) of Divine guidance, presence and perpetuation as they believed, (Gn. 12:2,3; 17:4,7,8; Ex. 19:5; Lv. 10:11; Dt. 4:31; 17:8-13; Ps, 11:4,9; Is. 41:10, Ps. 89:33,34; Jer. 7:23)
But instead they followed an itinerant Preacher whom the magisterium rejected, and whom the Messiah reproved them Scripture as being supreme, (Mk. 7:2-16) and established His Truth claims upon scriptural substantiation in word and in power, as did the early church as it began upon this basis. (Mt. 22:23-45; Lk. 24:27,44; Jn. 5:36,39; Acts 2:14-35; 4:33; 5:12; 15:6-21;17:2,11; 18:28; 28:23; Rm. 15:19; 2Cor. 12:12, etc.)
Nope. its plainly written in His Word.
There is nothing above the Name of Jesus Christ. Nothing. By the way Christ is the Living Word the Way the Truth and the Life
Otherwise, you are happy in your ongoing sin and have no reason to change. After all, all that had to be done was to have faith.
Even Satan knows in his heart that Christ is the Son of God, but that doesnt save Satan, does it?
Dont get me started on the Jewish perspective that Satan is not necessarily a bad entity, but is there to test us, like a sparring partner or teacher, on behalf of God. That is perverted, but generally consistent when you dont acknowledge the New Testament.
Since Jesus established the Catholic Church as necessary for salvation, those who knowingly and willingly reject him or his Church cannot be saved.
Jesus rejected your church because He was never a part of it.
Your church is the church of continual gay sex scandals and of bankrupt dioceses due to the huge numbers of abused people.
Faith alone is not enough. You must repent and be baptized, from what Scripture says.

Being P and $3 will get you a cup of coffee and a glass of water.
Just to make sure we can all agree on one thing..............
By the way this free gift came at an awesome price.. death of the Son of God. But the fulfillment of prophecy, the first prophecy as penned by Moses back in Genesis..
The original Old Testament came from a synagogue. The letters that the Catholic church got copies of (note the Catholic church has zero originals of Scripture) were copies other Christian sects also had copies of.
By the way, your Orthodox friends differ with your church being the one.
Enjoy your solitude of wrongness.
Actually Christ said born from above.. the fallen angels refused to take this flesh journey, to be born of woman in the flesh.. (Water/spirit).
I agree.
Actually Christ said born from above.. the fallen angels refused to take this flesh journey, to be born of woman in the flesh.. (Water/spirit).
I wish that you could see that this is the very reason that the Catholic church has stolen your confidence in the word of God - the Bible. God is only as good as His word. If His word cannot be trust, He cannot be trusted. You are allowing the Catholic church to be your final authority, instead of letting God Himself be your Final Authority according to His word.
Oh well, you bet your life and eternity on this. I truly hope to see you one day in heaven, but not if you don’t change your course.
No. Born from above... those fallen angels the book of Jude describes have already been judged like their hero, to death. They refused to be born of woman... all souls, the good, the bad and the ugly return to the Maker that sent them at the death of the flesh body..
At conception the soul is placed in a flesh body.. All souls belong to God.. and all souls were created at the same time, eons ago.
You are so barking up the wrong tree. I am joy and have never been Roman catholic nor do i trust the roman church for a thing. I rely entirely on the sufficiency of Gods Word as the final authority of all matters if faith. I disagree with you that there is anything higher than the Name of Jesus. As I also said He is the Living Word separating the Word from the Name
of Jesus makes no sense to me
Joh 3:3 Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”
So what do you think Jesus is talking about here?
Your name “Just my thoughts” is very honest.
There is another verse about not leaning on your own understanding.
Same here bro. It was a glorious day.
