You are God and Father.
We pray that we can truly represent you.
As we pray for our leaders we also pray for ourselves.
That we would not compromise our walk with you.
For then our prayers would be insincere and ineffective.
Like the Pharisees who came to John the Baptist with fake repentance.
We also must make a stand and be willing to take the heat of disdain even as we see the our brave President do.
Thank you for being our example Lord.
May we not disappoint you.
