Archbishop Eamon Martin of Armagh told The Tablet: I cant understand why people would choose to attack Greta Thunberg. She is passionate about what she believes; she is only a young girl and she is speaking prophetically to the world and what do we do? We attack her. We attack her message.I understand completely why people choose to attack Greta Thunberg. She has been brainwashed and turned into a young, emotionally-stunted mouthpiece for a pathetic message. What do we do? We attack the message she parrots because her only usefulness is to deflect criticism of that message.

What she feels strongly about are lies. False prophets in the Hebrew world of old faced a death sentence.
If we follow the course required by her prophecy the world will be plunged into poverty and freedom will be abolished.
I for one completely understand why people are attacking her.
